Cannot Save Document
Quick fix if you can't save your work in Unecast.
Symptoms
- "Save failed" error appears
- Changes aren’t saved or disappear
Causes
- Internet connection issues
- Account not authenticated
Fix Steps
Check Internet Connection
ping une.cast
Re-login to Unecast
Log out, then sign back in from the Unecast dashboard.
Retry Save
Click Save again after reconnecting.
