How to set up the web widget

Open Web Widget settings

Go to Dashboard → Widget Builder in your Unecast account.

Customize the appearance

Set your brand color, upload a logo, choose the widget’s position on the page (bottom-left or bottom-right), and write a greeting text that matches your brand voice.

Copy the JavaScript snippet

Click the Installation tab and copy the generated snippet.

Paste the snippet into your website

Add the snippet to your website’s HTML just before the closing </body> tag. Works with any website builder, CMS, or custom HTML site.

Test your widget

Visit your live website. The widget launcher should appear in the corner you selected. Start a test conversation to confirm messages arrive in your Unecast inbox.

Embed the widget snippet

Paste the code below before the </body> tag on every page where you want the widget to appear. Replace YOUR_WIDGET_ID with the ID shown in your Unecast settings.
