All prices are net and billed monthly on a 12-month minimum contract term.
All Unecast plans are billed annually with a minimum contract term of 12 months. Monthly pricing shown reflects the per-month cost within that annual commitment.

Add-ons

Extend any paid plan with the add-ons your business needs. All add-ons are billed monthly as part of your annual contract.
Credits power AI-driven features such as AI agent responses, smart suggestions, and automation triggers. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Purchase additional credits in increments of 2,500 starting at €10/month.

WhatsApp messaging costs

WhatsApp bills per delivered template message, not per conversation. Replies you send within an open 24-hour customer service window — any reply to a customer within 24 hours of their last message — are always free. You’re only charged when you send an approved template to start or re-engage a conversation. Template costs vary by destination country and category and are set by Meta, not Unecast — these are passed straight through to you at cost, with no Unecast markup. Marketing, utility, and authentication messages all require pre-approved message templates. Templates must be submitted and approved by Meta before use. Unecast provides a template builder and manages the submission process within the platform.

Yes. Unecast’s Free plan costs €0/month and requires no credit card. Sign up at flow.unecast.com and start using the unified inbox immediately. The Free plan includes 1 WhatsApp number, 1 user, 100 active contacts, 2 automations, and no AI agents. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Receiving WhatsApp messages (user-initiated conversations) is always free. Sending messages to customers (business-initiated conversations) costs between €0.05 and €0.11 per message, depending on the destination country and message category. These are Meta’s standard WhatsApp Business API rates — Unecast passes them through at cost. Regular WhatsApp replies within an open conversation window do not incur additional charges.
Yes. Every plan supports additional user seats as an add-on at €10/month per user. For example, if you’re on the Professional plan (10 accounts included) and need an 11th team member, you add one user seat for €10/month. There’s no cap on the number of seats you can add.
Yes. Unecast is fully GDPR-compliant, backed by AWS infrastructure and never uses your data to train AI models. Unecast is also an official Meta Business Partner, ensuring WhatsApp API usage meets Meta’s data handling requirements. See our GDPR page for full details.
You can upgrade your plan at any time during your contract term — the change takes effect immediately and your billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date (after the 12-month minimum term). To make changes to your plan, navigate to Settings → Billing in your Unecast account, or contact your account manager directly.
